“A non-refundable deposit amounting to the total service cost will be required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment. Reschedule of appointment before 24 hours is allowed without any penalty. Cancellations or no-shows result in 100% deposit forfeit.

Please, also, be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply. As an appointment-based business, we appreciate your understanding and support of this company policy.
